Out of state patients traveling by air will probably wish to be seen at our Indianapolis or Fort Wayne offices, both of which are located near major international airports. We welcome patients from around the world. Contact us if you need assistance in arranging care or lodging.
If coming from out of state we do recieve a special rate for patients from the Comfort Inn Carmel. Just call them at 317-816-1616 and ask for the Low Vision Center special rate.
